The Visionary Growth Center (VGC) was co-founded by Kira Wagner and Karen Weil, two lifelong educators, coaches, and visionaries with a shared mission: to empower individuals—especially children and parents—on their journeys toward wholeness, purpose, and peace.
Together, they bring over 80 years of combined experience in education, child development, holistic coaching, and community leadership. Their journey is both personal and professional, grounded in a deep belief that transformation is possible for every soul when we are seen, supported, and safe.

Kira Wagner brings a lifetime of experience as a speaker, Marine veteran, chorus director, success coach, and caregiver. Her journey has been one of resilience and transformation, empowering others to discover their voice and walk their PATH: Positive Choices, Action, Thankfulness, and Honor.
Karen Weil, founder of CalKids Learning Academy, has spent decades championing children’s education and emotional well-being. Her passion lies in creating nurturing environments where kids can thrive, grow, and reconnect with their innate wisdom.
Together, they’ve united their heart-centered work to create a space that fosters healing, learning, and spiritual growth—across all ages and stages.
