Some people may discover us through PATH™ and personal development.
Others may arrive through The Double Helix of Purpose, AEBS, education, leadership, entrepreneurship, workshops, or community.
Each is a different doorway into the same larger conversation about human potential.

Insight matters, but so do the choices we make with it.

That is why Visionary Growth Center intentionally creates space for both youth development and adult growth.

We are interested in more than simply providing ideas.
Our goal is to create opportunities for people to reflect, experiment, practice, connect, and apply what they learn.
That may happen through a book, a classroom experience, a conversation, an assessment, a workshop, a business idea, a creative pursuit, or a connection with someone else in the community.
Growth becomes meaningful when it moves from something we understand to something we live.

Our Founders

Visionary Growth Center was created by Kira Wagner and Karen Weil-Morrison, whose complementary backgrounds bring together personal development, leadership, entrepreneurship, education, youth development, creativity, communication, and community service.
Kira’s work focuses primarily on purpose, alignment, leadership, voice, and helping people bring their unique potential into the world.
Karen’s work focuses primarily on education, individualized learning, youth development, confidence, and helping young people become capable and independent learners.
Together, their work reflects a shared belief:
People flourish when they are seen for who they are, encouraged to develop what is within them, and given meaningful opportunities to use it.
