About Kira Wagner
Purpose. Leadership. Voice. Growth.
Kira Wagner is a speaker, author, coach, educator, and community leader whose work centers on helping people recognize who they are, align how they live, and bring more of their potential into the world.
Her approach brings together personal development, leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, education, spirituality, and practical action. At the heart of that work is a simple belief:
Everyone has a unique purpose, and that purpose becomes clearer when who we are and how we live begin to align.
That belief is the foundation of the PATH™ framework and her forthcoming book, The Double Helix of Purpose: Aligning Who You Are with How You Live.
The PATH™ Framework
Kira developed PATH™ as a way to help people move from insight into intentional living.
The framework is built around two interconnected strands.
The Inner PATH™ reflects the inner development of the individual:
Purpose • Alignment • Trust • Heart
The Outer PATH™ reflects how that inner development is expressed through everyday life:
Positive Choices • Action • Thankfulness • Honor
Together, the two strands create a practical framework for greater clarity, personal responsibility, meaningful growth, and purposeful action.
Kira’s work with PATH™ is not about offering people a single definition of success or a predetermined destination. It is about helping them understand themselves more deeply, make choices that reflect what matters, and continue growing as their lives evolve.
The Double Helix of Purpose
Kira is the author of the forthcoming book The Double Helix of Purpose: Aligning Who You Are with How You Live.
The book explores purpose not as something hidden that must be discovered, but as an evolving relationship between inner identity and outward action.
Through stories, reflection, and practical application, readers are invited to examine where they are aligned, where they may have drifted, and how they can move forward with greater intention.
The book is part of a larger PATH™ ecosystem that will include reader resources, assessments, workshops, speaking, and community-based learning.
A Lifelong Commitment to Voice
For more than five decades, Kira has taught vocal music and worked with individuals and groups around one central idea:
Everyone has a voice, and everyone deserves to be heard.
That belief extends far beyond music.
Whether she is directing a chorus, coaching an entrepreneur, speaking to a group, mentoring a leader, or helping someone reconnect with their purpose, Kira’s work consistently focuses on helping people develop confidence in their own voice and use it with greater clarity and intention.
She currently serves as director of Harmony Hills Chorus, where her work continues to bring together music, personal expression, confidence, and community.
Leadership and Entrepreneurship
Kira’s background includes extensive training and experience in coaching, leadership, business development, and entrepreneurship.
She has trained as a business growth strategist, spiritual counselor, and success coach, with professional development through programs including Jack Canfield’s Train the Trainer Program, Kendall Summerhawk’s Certified Business Coach training, and the Institute of Metaphysical Humanistic Science.
Her work with entrepreneurs and leaders focuses on helping them identify what makes their work distinctive, connect that work to a deeper sense of purpose, and make decisions that support sustainable growth.
Kira often refers to this as a person’s Unique Soul Purpose — the distinctive combination of values, experience, strengths, perspective, and contribution that no one else expresses in quite the same way.
Education and Youth Development
Education has been a consistent thread throughout Kira’s life.
Her work with young people reflects the same core philosophy that shapes her adult development work: confidence grows when people are trusted to think, choose, create, communicate, and take responsibility.
That philosophy also informs her work with AEBS — Applied Entrepreneurship & Business Systems, a real-world entrepreneurship and business education program designed to help students develop critical thinking, leadership, communication, financial awareness, and decision-making skills.
For Kira, entrepreneurship education is not simply about teaching students how to start businesses.
It is about helping them understand that they are capable of creating value, solving problems, making informed decisions, and contributing meaningfully to the world around them.
Service and Community Leadership
Service has also been a defining part of Kira’s life.
A former United States Marine, she brings a strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and commitment to her work.
She has served in numerous community and nonprofit leadership roles, including extensive leadership within the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
Her community work reflects the same principle that runs through PATH™:
Purpose becomes most meaningful when it moves beyond the individual and becomes contribution.
A Broader Vision for Growth
Kira does not believe growth belongs to one age, one profession, or one stage of life.
People continue discovering, changing, creating, and becoming throughout their lives.
That is why her work spans personal development, education, leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, spirituality, and community.
The common thread is not a specific audience.
It is human potential.
Kira’s work is ultimately about helping people ask better questions:
Who am I becoming?
What matters most to me?
Are my choices aligned with that?
What am I here to create or contribute?
And perhaps most importantly:
What would it look like to live more fully as the person I already know I can become?
